  5. Blood clots are not easy to deal with. My wife had a serious one last summer and had a PE as a result that nearly killed her. Once the clot is gone there is no need to stay on blood thinners no matter what a doctor tells you. Of course there will still a need for serious supplementation. Bromelain taken on an empty stomach has wonderful therapeutic effects and prevents future blood clots. Also taking a nattokinase and serrapeptase supplement together will also help fight off future blood clots and heal any internal damage from the clot.

My wife developed a serious condition from the clot called Post-Thrombotic Syndrome. This is something you need to discuss with your doctor as a means to prevent. 60 percent of dvt patients come down with PTS and it is a life long condition that main stream doctors insist you need to be on coumadin for the rest of your life. The enzymes I have listed will act as natures coumadin. No one told us she was high risk for this condition and told us to do the opposite of what was needed to prevent it. Such as not massaging the leg and not exercising. Massaging and exercising will help lower the risk of coming down with this condition. Of course that is from my own personal study and I am not dispensing medical advice. Just sharing what I have learned in our own research and I would hate to see anyone go through what my wife has gone through. Any treatment must be discussed with a doctor and naturopathic physician.
